Anthony has been practising as a lawyer in workplace relations, employment, discrimination and safety matters since 2003. Throughout that time he has been conducting and managing workplace investigations, including working closely with external investigators in a range of different sectors. This experience has given Anthony insight into how to manage an investigation effectively, and on the many ways in which things can go wrong.

Meena has conducted workplace investigations on behalf of a broad range of employers, from small businesses to publicly listed companies. In addition, Meena has advised extensively regarding various aspects of workplace investigations, including advice about processes that should be followed by employers post-investigation.
