NEWS: Gender Equity Strategy, our continued commitment to gender equality!

“Russell Kennedy is one of the firms that continues to make progress in narrowing its gender pay gap” said Lawyers Weekly.

When comparing median figures, Russell Kennedy had one of the most impressive improvements, having reduced our base salary gap from 21.8 to 5.7 per cent, and our total remuneration gap from 24.8 to 8.9 per cent.

Through a sustained effort over several years, we are proud of the commitment and progress we’ve made, while acknowledging that there is always more work to do.

Our Gender Equity Strategy, various firm initiatives and the work of the Gender Equity Committee have all contributed narrowing this gap. We sincerely thank everyone who has played a role in this result.
