NDS (National Disability Services) will be coming to every State and Territory in 2025 for the 'NDS Insights to Action: The path forward for 2025'. The event features various insightful presentations, discussions and round-table sessions tailored for CEOs and senior leaders of disability service organisations.
Russell Kennedy Principal, Jonathan Teh is pleased to be part of this event. Jonathan will be presenting an interactive workshop titled 'Taking your first step in a merger or amalgamation' in Canberra on Thursday 20 February 2025, in Melbourne on Thursday 6 March 2025, and in Sydney on 13 March 2025.
Jonathan brings over 18 years' experience in assisting with not-for-profit and for-profit mergers, amalgamations, restructures and due diligence processes for disability providers. He also assists disability providers with commercial contracting. He leads the firm’s disability provider sector group and NDIS agreement suite (RK DocsConnect).
Jonathan will facilitate an interactive discussion to explore how to:
• Find merger candidates
• Develop strategic fit criteria
• Develop a due diligence framework
Attendees will gain a practical insight and tools to help your organisation take its first step towards a merger or amalgamation.
This workshop builds on Jonathan’s previous presentations to NDS which explored the legal aspects of a sustainable disability provider; whether providers should merge, grow or close; the end-to-end merger steps, and common tips and traps.
