Principal Clare Hesbrook, has been featured on the AFR in an article titled 'Who three childless couples plan to leave their money to'.

The article discusses estate planning for people who don't have children.

The article authors Nina Hendy and Johanna Mather said, "Estate planning discussions can be tough, even more so if you do not have any obvious natural heirs ... the law tends to revolve around spouses and children as beneficiaries, so nominating others can take more careful planning."

Clare gave some expert commentary, particularly on people wanting to benefit extended family living overseas and the tax implications, providing for pets after your death and the importance of incapacity planning through Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardian appointments.
