Russell Kennedy’s M&A team act for Apollo Care, on the acquisition of aged care, home care and retirement living business
Russell Kennedy has advised Apollo Care Alliance (Apollo Care) on the acquisition of aged care, home care and retirement living operations from Bundaleer Care Services Limited (Bundaleer).
Aged care provider, Apollo Care, has added a further regional facility to its expanding aged care operations with a unique promise to preserve the important role Bundaleer plays in its local community. The completion of this acquisition will take Apollo Care’s aged-care portfolio to six communities.
The transaction also included the acquisition and transition of home care services and independent retirement living units and operations.
Apollo Care was founded by a team of industry veterans interested in protecting and enhancing the purpose, individuality, culture, and community goodwill created by charitable aged-care providers.
