In this webinar, Russell Kennedy’s experienced retirement living team provided a national overview of current buyback regulations, the rules as to assisting to fund residents transitioning to aged care and operator obligations in relation to the redevelopment of villages.  

The impact upon operators as regulators consider these issues is significant, even more so in the current market. This webinar discussed the impact upon the liquidity of operators, debt financing for developing villages and resale prices of units.
