Claire is an associate in Russell Kennedy’s Insurance and Compensation team. She acts on behalf of the Victorian WorkCover Authority, their Agents and insured in relation to serious injury applications, common law damages and recovery proceedings.

In her prior role, Claire worked across TAC, WorkCover, public liability and medical negligence. 

Experience

  • Advises and represents the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to recovery of compensation payments from negligent third parties.
  • Acts on behalf of employers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to serious injury applications and common law damages.
  • Conducts litigation in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Courts.
