Experience

Representing clients in all Victorian and Appellate Courts, VCAT and the Civil Federal Court System.
Advising clients on contract disputes including breach of contract and assessment of damages.
Advising on insolvency matters for both personal and corporate insolvency.
Advising clients in a range of property disputes including those related to ownership of rights and easements.
Initiating and defending debt recovery proceedings.
