  • Drafting and advising on employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and workplace policies
  • Acting for clients in unfair dismissal and general protection proceedings including jurisdictional hearings and conciliations in the Fair Work Commission
  • Advising on and negotiating enterprise agreements, assisting clients with the pre-approval process and the lodgement of enterprise agreements
  • Advising on the interaction between enterprise agreements, transitional awards, modern awards, State reference public sector awards and the National Employment Standards
  • Advising on workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and termination of employment
  • Acting for clients on equal opportunity matters including sexual harassment and discrimination claims
