Experience

Drafting and advising on employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and workplace policies
Acting for clients in unfair dismissal and general protection proceedings including jurisdictional hearings and conciliations in the Fair Work Commission
Advising on and negotiating enterprise agreements, assisting clients with the pre-approval process and the lodgement of enterprise agreements
Advising on the interaction between enterprise agreements, transitional awards, modern awards, State reference public sector awards and the National Employment Standards
Advising on workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and termination of employment
Acting for clients on equal opportunity matters including sexual harassment and discrimination claims
