As an Associate in the Property and Development team, Kayse has developed broad experience in property law ranging across transactions involving major projects, leasing and contract negotiations for both public and private companies including national retailers.

Adopting a detailed oriented approach to her work, Kayse is committed to providing bespoke and pragmatic solutions for her clients.

Experience

  • Heading and coordinating large leasing portfolios for national retailers to facilitate the opening of hundreds of retail stores annually.
  • Delivering end to end assistance in a vast array of property law related matters including, but not limited to, conveyancing matters for both vendors and purchasers, as well as leasing matters for retail, commercial and industrial leasing clients on both an individual basis and in bulk transactions.
  • Assisting and advising clients in respect of the development of Manufactured Homes Estates (MHEs) for seniors in land lease communities.
  • Advising and delivering end to end assistance for residents entering into aged care and retirement village contracts.
  • Undertaking detailed review of materials provided as part of due diligence phase in major projects to identify potential high-risk property related components of a proposed transaction.
