Senior Associate, Killian Donohoe re-joined the Russell Kennedy team in Sydney in October 2024. Killian has over 8 years of experience in casualty and public liability litigation. He is an experienced insurance litigation lawyer specialising in personal injury and public liability claims. He has expertise in managing complex multi-party litigation involving workplace accidents, public liability claims, property damage claims and statutory compensation.

Killian has managed litigated property damage and personal injury insurance claims on behalf of government and insurer clients. He has also acted for the Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) defending common law damages claims and statutory benefits claims on behalf of the VWA, as well as private insurers and employers.

Killian advises and acts on behalf of insurers and insureds in respect of both pre-litigated and litigated claims. He provides advice on all aspects of indemnity, liability and litigation strategy, as well as advocating, negotiating and appearing at mediations and in Court on behalf of clients.
