Louisa is a highly sought after prosecutor and legal adviser in Local Government and Statutory Authority matters, with over 14 years’ experience.

Louisa appears and advises Local Government and Statutory Authorities on a variety of legal issues including statutory nuisance matters, complex food prosecutions, outbreaks, allergens, rooming house enforcement, injunctions, hoarding premises, building and planning enforcement, onsite wastewater, compliance matters, search warrants, closure orders, appeals and policy development. Louisa has also developed and delivered numerous investigations, enforcement and advocacy training programs for Local Government and Statutory Authorities.

Additionally, Louisa has considerable experience as a commercial litigator, having appeared, advised and resolved numerous Court proceedings for businesses involved in contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters, property disputes, and misleading and deceptive conduct.

Louisa has appeared and resolved proceedings in the Magistrates Court, County Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, VCAT and interstate.

  • Regular attendee and speaker for the Environmental Health Professionals Australia (EHPA) via webinars, forums, and at the annual symposium.
  • Preferred trainer for a number of industry bodies, Local Government, and Statutory Authorities.
