  • Representing local government and council in relation to complex acquisitions and disposals of land, registration of plans of subdivisions and road discontinuances.
  • Acting for and advising retirement village owners and operators in Victoria and Tasmania encompassing advice on resident’s contracts and various other matters.
  • Property due diligence for the acquisition and sale of residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial properties including review of titles, encumbrances and plans.
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leases, disclosure statements, deeds of surrender, assignments and renewals of lease.
