Experience

  • Acting for landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leases, disclosure statements, deeds of surrender, assignments, variations and renewals of lease.
  • Advising landlords and tenants on their respective obligations under the Retail Leases Act (Vic).
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on licence agreements.
  • Acting for and advising vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of property.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale for residential and commercial properties.
  • Property due diligence for the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, including reviewing titles, encumbrances and plans.
