Experience

Acting for landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leases, disclosure statements, deeds of surrender, assignments, variations and renewals of lease.
Advising landlords and tenants on their respective obligations under the Retail Leases Act (Vic).
Drafting, negotiating and advising on licence agreements.
Acting for and advising vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of property.
Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale for residential and commercial properties.
Property due diligence for the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, including reviewing titles, encumbrances and plans.
