Simone Green is a Principal in our Family Law team and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with the Law Society of NSW, with over 18 years experience as a Family Law Solicitor in all areas of Family Law practice.

Simone regularly drafts and advises on Binding Financial Agreements and other areas of family law ranging from negotiating amicable to highly contentious and complex settlements for both financial and parenting disputes.

Simone is also skilled family law litigator for those cases which are unable to be resolved without judicial intervention.

Simone is also trained in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice and is an active member of Collaborative Professionals NSW, the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum and Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals and is passionate about resolving disputes wherever possible and maximizing the best outcome for her clients and their families.
