Taylor works broadly across the property sector. Taylor has experience in a variety of property law matters, including commercial and retail leasing, licences, and commercial property transactions.

Experience

  • Acting for landlords and tenants in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leases, deeds of renewal and variation of leases, disclosure statement.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale for residential and commercial properties.
  • Acting for and advising vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of property.
  • Property due diligence for the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, including reviewing titles, encumbrances and plans
