As part of the 2022 CLC CPD series, the Russell Kennedy Pro Bono team will be hosting an interactive webinar on ethics. This session is worth 1 CPD point in Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
The online CPD session will be facilitated by Malvina Hagedorn, Special Counsel, Pro Bono, Russell Kennedy and will be presented by Adrian Evans, Emeritus Professor, Law Resources, Monash University.

As part of the 2022 CLC CPD series, we are kindly joined by Professor Adrian Evans who will be providing an update on Legal Ethics.
Adrian Evans is Emeritus Professor of Law at Monash University, with teaching and research histories in clinical case supervision, legal systems and legal ethics. Adrian has published in relation to ethics for lawyers and law firms, client attitudes to lawyers, fidelity compensation, the values of legal practitioners, monitoring and controlling lawyer corruption and the strengthening of legal ethics education. He is currently exploring the emerging fields of sustainable legal ethics, Chinese legal ethics and climate defence. Adrian is a recipient of the Monash Vice-Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Teaching. His latest book (with Christine Parker) is the 3rd edn of Inside Lawyers’ Ethics, Cambridge University Press, 2018.
This session will be hosted live and will be interactive.
