Given the increasing focus on psychosocial hazards in the workplace, following the recent and upcoming introduction of new obligations for employers in some States and Territories, it is important that organisations take reasonable steps to address the negative impact of toxic behaviours in the workplace.
This seminar will address the importance of a respectful and safe workplace, including by covering:
- An organisation’s responsibility to provide a safe workplace, prevent sexual harassment and manage psychosocial hazards
- Practical examples of bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace
- Practical examples of toxic behaviour, and why it is a concern
- How to manage toxic behaviour through policies, procedures, leadership and action
Presenting will be Ben Tallboys, Ashleigh Warren and Emily Tang.
