Abbey has been practising for many years in workplace relations, employment and discrimination matters, and has been with Russell Kennedy for 13 years. Abbey has significant experience in negotiating and interpreting enterprise agreements, working alongside clients and external accountants through underpayments and assisting clients with reports to the Fair Work Ombudsman and subsequent compliance.

Samuel Ellemor

Senior Associate

A new face at RK, Samuel is an Accredited Specialist, and assists employers with employment advice, contract preparation, workplace issues, enterprise bargaining and employment law disputes, including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination and payment disputes.

Harrison Gray

Associate

Harrison practices in the areas of workplace disputes and investigations, drafting employment contracts and policies, the interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements and in discrimination matters.
