Russell Kennedy has acted for Autumn Lodge on its merger with Uniting NSW.ACT. Autumn Lodge, being one of Armidale’s oldest aged care facilities, sought expressions of interest from several organisations before selecting Uniting NSW.ACT as the organisation with whom they would undertake a merger. The merger was completed in late September 2022.
