The article covers the changes to suitability of key personnel requirements which commenced last December. As part of these changes, approved providers are required to undertake an annual assessment of all key personnel, with the first annual assessment to be completed by 1 December this year.
What next?
Providers should ensure they comply with this obligation as non-compliance to these key personnel requirements it is an offence which can result in a penalty, and enliven regulatory action which can ultimately result in sanctions (including revocation of approved provider status).
