As part of the 2022 CLC CPD series, we were kindly joined by Professor Adrian Evans who provided an update on Legal Ethics.
Adrian Evans is Emeritus Professor of Law at Monash University, with teaching and research histories in clinical case supervision, legal systems and legal ethics. Adrian has published in relation to ethics for lawyers and law firms, client attitudes to lawyers, fidelity compensation, the values of legal practitioners, monitoring and controlling lawyer corruption and the strengthening of legal ethics education. He is currently exploring the emerging fields of sustainable legal ethics, Chinese legal ethics and climate defence. Adrian is a recipient of the Monash Vice-Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Teaching.
