NEWS: Russell Kennedy’s M&A team act for Villa Maria Catholic Homes

Russell Kennedy has advised Villa Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH) on its acquisition of Point Cook Village in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This strategic addition expands VMCH’s retirement portfolio to 16 villages, bringing the total number of retirement homes to 868 across Victoria. For more information, see VMCH’s news page here.

The acquisition of Point Cook Village was successfully completed on 5 February 2025.
