Jack is a lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial team and works broadly across the commercial sector advising a range of public, private, not-for-profit and start-up clients.

Jack has experience in corporate advisory and merger and acquisition transactions, and assists with preparing and negotiating commercial contracts. He also has experience advising clients in relation to corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate structuring.
