Russell Kennedy Lawyers have advised the founders of Blonde Robot Pty Ltd (Blonde Robot) on its sale to Midwich Group Plc via its Australian subsidiary, Midwich Australia Pty Ltd (Midwich).
Headquartered in Melbourne, with subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, Blonde Robot is a value-added distributor of professional video, broadcast and photography products, who distributes products in a number of countries across the Asia-Pacific region including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. The acquirer, Midwich, is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and is a specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with operations across Europe and Australasia.
The Russell Kennedy team was led by principal Rohan Harris and special counsel Rory Maguire.
