Audrey practices primarily in government litigation and administrative law. She provides both advice and litigation-based assistance to government clients and statutory authorities.

Audrey has previously worked within the public sector in government litigation.

Experience

  • Conducting regulatory prosecutions and disciplinary proceedings relating to professional misconduct
  • Assisting with advice and acting on behalf of the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety with applications pursuant to the Serious Offenders Act 2018 (Vic)
  • Assisting with Coronial Inquests
  • Advising government departments and agencies on their prospects of success, and strategy during prosecutions, disciplinary and enforcement proceeding
  • Reviewing various instruments, authorisations and regulations and advising clients on statutory interpretation
  • Advising clients on legal compliance, risk management and policy and procedure development
  • Liaising with members of the legal profession and clients
