Cameron’s litigation experience focuses on representing commercial and private clients in various disputes such as defamation, loan recovery, insolvency, contractual and maritime disputes. These disputes have involved issues concerning directors’ duties, professional indemnity, and the liability of the insured.

  • Litigation in various states and federal jurisdictions including litigation in the County Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
  • Advising and conducting litigation in complex loan disputes.
  • Advising and conducting commercial and property litigation.
  • Advising on contractual disputes, including claims for damages arising from breach, repudiation and the proper construction of contractual terms.
  • Advising on the recovery of debts and conducting enforcement steps for the recovery of judgment debts.
