Gavin's extensive practice encompasses personal injury, public liability and professional negligence litigation.

Prior to joining Russell Kennedy, Gavin was employed as Senior Legal Counsel for WorkSafe Victoria, practicing in its Dispute Management Division. He provided instructions to Victorian WorkCover Authority panel firms on a range of complex litigious matters.

Gavin has substantial experience across a range of challenging matters both at common law and in the no-fault statutory benefits scheme. He genuinely understands the specific demands, complexities and challenges faced by insurers.
